Sometimes assistance is required in handling grievance and disciplinary issues and meetings, as these can be time consuming and need to be handled correctly and procedurally by a person who has training or experience. This extensive experience in mediation or acting as an intermediary is available to companies to use in handling such issues and conducting the meetings and investigations involved.
On occasions an employer may feel it would be beneficial to use the services of an intermediary to resolve an issue or dispute. For example it might be a case of alleged bullying, harassment or discrimination that needs investigation. It could also be a clash between a manager and a team member that needs resolving because this has led to stress and absence by one or more of those involved. This service has been provided to companies previously, successfully resolving issues often to the satisfaction of both parties. This service can be provided on request.
